While it’s absolutely true that Russ Dalbey’s Winning in the Cash Flow business has been selling for 5 times as much on TV for the past 7 years, this is on almost the very bottom of my list of money making ventures. For someone who is not real estate savvy, this can prove to be quite confusing.

Can you make money with this, yes, absolutely. There are very few things that you can’t make money with if you have true guidance, but this is just too difficult for anyone who’s really looking to get started quickly and to make real money without major hoops to jump through.
